Update
The New York Superior Court converted the temporary restricting order preventing GMFC from combining with Halsa into an injunction which will remain in place until the underlying litigation regarding the Falcon loan to GMFC is resolved (or until GMFC pays the loan off). We are evaluating our options and will provide further guidance soon.
